Postponement Notice

Updated: April 28, 2020

Due to the escalating COVID-19 pandemic we unfortunately also have to cancel the Fall 2020 North American Meeting of the Urban Economics Association previously scheduled to take place at Berkeley on October 16-17. Given where we are in the pandemic, it seems unlikely that we can run a successful conference at Berkeley in October 2020 with large keynotes, a reception, and many participants traveling long distances to attend.

To support research in urban economics in these exceptional times, we are working on developing an online conference to be held later this year. Expect more details to follow shortly. We hope to host a UEA meeting at Berkeley in the fall of 2021. Exact dates will be announced in due course.

Keynote Speakers: Emi Nakamura (Berkeley) and Gilles Duranton (Wharton)
